Sadly the white inclination of the judiciary is very concerning starting with this article- https://www.opb.org/news/article/oregon-white-history-racist-foundations-black-exclusion-laws/

This Judge is always in a hurry and try to resolve the matter in 2-3 mins and without doing there homework in there office. and they believe what all the bunch of lies the Defense and prosecutors present and there primary goal is to not to put any white guys inside the prison no matter what so ever the criminal history they had as all the criminal white people are protected under the universal mental disease as there birth right- Mental health issue(s) umbrella and these liberal judges have the soft corner for the criminals in releasing them so that they can commit more crime within the society and again come back and they will again release them and the cycle goes on.......

I rate her zero, they need to study the case details as they forget they are not some god sitting on the judiciary they are bachelors in law to uphold the United States Constitution and to act as a referee rather being a liberal and or a conservative. If they reading this they need to decided unbiased not the inclined opinions when giving judgement on a case and to go through below articles to refresh there Knowledge as it got rusted sitting on the bench too long and forgetting the moral and ethical oath they taken to uphold the law-

This judge completely ignored the evidence. Misogynistic. She showed bias toward a familiar attorney representing the respondent from the beginning of the hearing. She is a person who seems to enjoy doing evil deeds and shows contempt and an utter lack of compassion for those who she is supposed to protect. She allowed the wealthy abuser to convince her with his attorney’s extremely aggressive badgering, outright lies, and manipulation. Questioned female family law litigant’s credibility when completely uncalled for. -5 out of 5 stars.

Quite possibly the most misogynist family law judge in the state of Oregon. Makes decisions based on emotional pull as opposed to evidence. Disregards the rules of civil procedure when it suits her. The rules of evidence are applied in anything but an evenhanded manner.
Has more than once made credibility findings against a female family law litigant when none were asked for.

Judge Lininger was a political appointee to the bench, and it shows. She has limited command of the rules of evidence and the rules of Civil Procedure, appears to make snap judgment and demonstrates an unwillingness or inability to to educate herself. She is clearly ill suited to be a civil trial judge, appears easily led, and in a family law case has demonstrated a bias in favor of the abusive parent.
