Judge von Ter Stegge seems tired, with little concern for keeping a clean docket. More interested in making an oral ruling and having a case go away than in doing the work necessary to make the right call. Take a vacation.

Judge von Ter Stegge is as good as gets for smart, practical, knowledgeable, and pleasant judges. She reads and digests all of the briefs before the hearing, comes out prepared with questions, and issues rulings promptly. Trial in her courtroom was a pleasure.
