Comments:
She was a relatively new judge when my Husband's case came across her desk. His ex wife would go to this judge whenever she wanted to sneak some sort of legal mess onto our doorstep. Countless times Honorable Judge McGuire made some fairly poor procedural errors, the first being to Modify a Judgement that had never in fact didn't even exist. Following that, there were 3 times I believe that his ex wife went before her, crying that he had assaulted her (at one point the judge actually signed a writ of assistance allowing the police to come break into our home to take our 2 children) Time after time we would show up for court in front of the judge who retained our Case, just to have the FAPA"s dismissed and thrown out for testimony from his ex, being inconsistent with actual facts, like, video evidence of our intereactions.

When his ex gets mad, she just files for immediate danger, hurting the kids and their father until the 15 days are over and they finally get to come home. You wouldn't think that something as small as modifying a court record that didn't exist, or having several FAPA'S enforced without substantiated evidence wouldn't cause many problems, but you'd be surprised. Due to clerical errors 6 years ago, we are STILL fighting for custody of our children and have over come a lot due to these Mistakes.
