Ignores previous convictions for sexual assualt/rape and gives children to the dangerous parent. Denies or postpones hearings indefinitely so the mother cannot present evidence. Ignores ACE's studies with regard to what is in the best interest of the child(ren). Doesn't believe the victims in DV cases, even when evidence is presented. Court is a sham, a kangaroo court.

This has to be the worse possible judge ever ..she does not read people for who they really too quick to judge others without taking time to actually investigate them or thier stories. When a judge runs to chambers at close of session it says she is running away from her own descisions she knows in heart arent right. Hope she gets a clue about her own lack of experience causing bad outcomes

I'm very concerned about this judge's ability to keep children's best interest at heart as far as keeping them safe. If she does not like you the kids best interest is not taken into account. I pray that someone looks into this Judges ethics.

She allows a parent who was abusive to lie and submit black and white photo copies taken 6 months prior of children unfounded marks no date or faces as evidence in a custody battle she granted him custody of a 6 month old who doesn't know him a 2 year old who only gets to see him 4 times a week and remove them from the mother who has been their only soul provider all they have known to be put in an abusive unfamiliar environment.with strangers. The father has no job and is pretty much homeless. Whereas the mother did not seek assistance from the state to birth them. She paid for both children and continued to work without any help from the state or the father 2 times judge torres did not focus on the litigants she kept her face down in paperwork. She is victimizing the mother the state of Oregon is victimizing the mother and is allowing the father to continually victimize the mother . All while the mother has a restraining order against the father for domestic abuse she is a rotten judge that doesnt listen to facts and cant see the father doesnt want te children other than to hurt the mother judge torres needs to be researched and punished for her actions.

Have had several cases before Judge Torres. She manages time well and is patient in explaining protocol to pro se litigants. However, I've found some of her judgments in cases of domestic violence and recurrent substance abuse to be concerning, allowing abusive addicts without valid drivers licenses and multiple Duiis and associated with the same to personally transport minor children and ordering unsupervised visits of children of all ages in situations where it is clear the respondent is continuing the lifestyle, including use in front of the children during court-ordered parenting time, contrary to the judicial rules, needlessly putting children at serious risk of harm.

Very much leans to the sides of mommies. Does not have much care or concern about children having daddies.

Horrible position for judge who should be making dession in a joint non bias way, child's best interest is suppose to be the model that used right now, not what does a mommy want.

Research her, you'll find majority of her cases lean heavily toward mommies.

Sick, sick, idea of a family court judge.
