This judge was horrible. Women in his court room can lie as evidence about unproven money matters. He ignored proof given, and put words in my mouth. This judge also knows so little about car mechanics he was fooled by a false phone message as evidence with no estimate, and unrelated parts to the issue none of it was caused by me. He was lazy in the way he combined cases and left important details out of his decision that left my car that was extorted out of me as a dead issue(never be solved) thanks to his inability to see the con artist working him in real time. My ex is a hot blonde that fake cries when she needs to, and has no conscience. No matter what anyone did to me he showed a condescending attitude when I was trying to explain it, and saw no physical, or emotional distress even though I am severely disabled in any of what was done to me. This judge should not be allowed to make decisions due to his double standards in burden of proof, and wouldn't allow me to respond to my ex's party popper of lies that was her testimony, he made me have to ask her questions he allowed. He also in the way he didn't detail his judgement allowed my ex to also get away with the credit card she ran up in my name that was agreed in writing she would pay back, and didn't make her pay a loan in my name that I had proof was for her card. Even gave her half trade in value without proof on a car that didn't have her name on not even looking at the title she stole. Didn't mention in his decision that he gave her the choice to give me back the title after she destroyed the car, and my buick was to go to me, or I would have won that case it was left as an undecided dead issue instead thanks to him. He made a point to not cover the details when it would help me. Her testimony changed each case, but he was too busy smiling at her to notice, and being so nice. I am disgusted by this man. He has no business making decisions on cases. I used to have faith in the fairness of the court until I saw how easy it was for my ex to cry, and sway them with no little to no evidence. She also worked a family court judge in mcminnville really hard with the crying. That judge basically verbally attacked me because "she wouldn't just cry like that for no reason." After I said she was lying about her made up stalking order. The next case that only he could judge fairly on because of what he convinently left out of his first decision. The judge he moved it to
couldn't rule on the unsettled issues. If you draw this judge as a man in small claims ask for a different judge. If you are a woman just dress up pretty, cry a lot, and bring some women to sit behind you, and visually sell your lie, you should win in this judges courtroom. He didn't even look at the stolen damaged title as evidence. If I were him I would feel guilty, but he feels great about helping these ladies ruin the life of a disabled person, run up debt in my name, and get two of my cars without paying for them. The way things turned out couldn't even be seen by him to be fair according to his own words. I withdrew my last case against my abusive mom who helped my ex do all of this to me after how badly he showed bias in previous cases. I knew I wouldn't get a fair hearing. I should have appealed, and filed a formal complaint against him, but I know it wouldn't do any good. Just ask for another judge if you're a man in small claims going against an attractive woman. If you're an attractive woman, can cry on command, and have no conscience be happy you got this judge.
