In this judge's courtroom, any male in a divorce proceeding will be judged adversely when children are involved, unless the female can indisputably be found negligent to the children. The "honorable" Judge Jesse Margolis has been witnessed repeatedly judging in favor of females, whereas the same scenarios involving opposite genders have endured the full extent of the law. The only explanation that has been offered is his own history. Although this has been acknowledged by many parties of both genders, no male can afford (financially or otherwise) to bring this to light and no female wishes to do so, for obvious reasons.
