She is horrible and has no idea how the real world works. She should resign. When you have a choice between her and a jury, take the jury -- even if they are deaf, dumb and blind they will do a better job. Absolutely the worst judge in America! Pathetic.

Bullivant Houser relation led Judge Litzenberger to utterly ignore Oregon Reveised Statue in reaching her decision.

Judge Litzenberger is a very pleasant person and always courteous to the parties and attorneys in court. However, she is extremely pro-defense, and tends to treat with kid gloves the lawyers of the big downtown defense firms. She is very slow to get her rulings out after taking issues under advisement. She allowed a complex case to wait for over three years after filing before it was tried before her court and then took the case under advisement for eleven more months before making her rulings. Although this case took a lot of discovery, it could have been completely tried in thirty months or less. In this case, she also took approximately four and eleven months respectively to make rulings on two sets of motions for summary judgment after they were argued. She seems to decide which party or attorney she likes (generally the defense) and then structures her rulings accordingly. Does not seem to be able to grasp complex business, bankruptcy, corporate, corporate governance, securities, duty of officers, directors and attorney fiduciaries and secured transactions law. She has a tendency to write her own orders and rulings and then makes mistakes in the written order as opposed to what she ruled in court. On two occasions some of the attorneys had to write letters to the court pointing out the errors in the written orders. On two occasions letters had to be written to the court regarding Judge Litzenberger's failure to decide matters taken under advisement within the 90 rule of the UTCRs. This is a very pro-defense judge who does not get her work done in a timely manner.
