Judge Dailey was polite to me as a denfendant and she was fair in all she said,. On the idea that she wanted me to accept a insurance lawyer who ruined my store she was 100% wrong and I ended up a closed store after 28 years., but she did say one thing i liked .. to the lawyer who was willard Merkel a lair scumbag she told him “SET DOWN” “this is what gives lawyers a bad name” he is a thief scumbag and he ruins lives. She was a good Judge in my experience.. i lost but she was caring..

I would not say that she is pro-state, but rather that she is anti-everyone-but-herself. She is rude to the defense and the State to an unacceptable level. Her level of mean-spirited nastiness is unparalleled. Any pro-State judge is better than Judge Dailey. Even when she has ruled for my client, it is so nasty and unprofessional that it is a shame anyone has to see our judicial system in that light.
