I've watched this judge do favors for the same criminal miscreant for four straight years. Unintelligence is not an excuse. It is disgusting and Keller is [redacted by Ed.]

Joshua Keller is an absolute disgrace. He cannot tell the difference between a victim and a criminal, is swayed by biases and extrajudicial information and simply cannot be trusted. Fortunately, he has no formal education whatsoever, so he can't do too much damage beyond the magistrate bench. Still, you have to wonder if the people who voted for him are even less intelligent than he is...if that's possible. What an idiot.

OMG! I hate to call a judge "stupid", but that is the only explanation. Every piece of information from him AND his staff is wrong, including telling people that the statutory maximum is 8000.00 in PA. He does not know the law, and does not bother to learn. This guy should NOT be a judge in PA. He ran unopposed, though, and voters deserve what they get. Don't waste your time in this court!!!

Not a lawyer. Another ex-cop who got elected to a cushy, safe job, and is pro-cop, regardless of the facts of the case. Cop = truth. Defendant = liar to him. Does not know the law, and does not follow the law he does know, as he refuses to marry people since PA began to allow gay marriage. Since he disagrees, because of his own religious beliefs/values, he just won't do it. Who is he to overrule higher courts/legislature? It shows a bias/leaning not appropriate for a person in such an important position, and calls into question his integrity regarding other matters, IMO. If you cannot put aside your personal biases and inclinations, you should not be a judge. it's that simple.
