I agree with the other posters. I filed two pro se motions to dismiss two summary appeals that are more than 2 years old. The prosecutor was ordered to file an answer on one of them and ignored the court order. I just saw on the docket that she denied my motions. If the Commonwealth has no respect for the court (or my rights) why should I have any respect for this judge? Or the court. If it is so poorly run that they can't list a summary appeal for trial, why is that my problem? I have a PA Constitutional right to the appeal. Judges are paid around $190,000.00 a year out of my tax dollars but Judge Miller didn't have the time or decency to do her job. I doubt she even read my motions. If you are too lazy or unprofessional to do your government paid job, you need to retire IMO. Sorry I inconvenienced you by following the rules and expecting the officers of the court to do the same.

What a battleaxe. She talked over my lawyer every time I tried to testify in a civil lawsuit just to prejudice my case. I waited four years for my day in court to be heard in a car ax lawsuit and all the jury heard was her big mouth. I felt bad for my lawyer who was very good. But when your judge thinks she is God there is nothing you can do. Lost Superior Court appeal too because they never want to admit their judges suck. [Redacted by Ed.]

She makes up her mind before hearing the case and disposes of pre-trial motions without regard to the rules of court or the Constitution. She may be retired or on senior status but comes back occasionally to do the court's dirty work. Appearing before her was always a drag and she knows how to circumvent appellate review.
