In every profession, you have a group of individuals called the bad apples. Their belief in their competence is founded on a lack of situational awareness. Often times times, these types of individuals train on the job, at the expense of others. When these types of individuals are put in a position of power, regardless of the industry, they affect everything and everyone and their damage is irreparable. They move on, leaving havoc in their path and because of their position and lack of checks and balances, they are rarely held accountable for correcting their mistakes. When you find yourself facing one of these types of people, your only option is to make an example out of them. It is too costly and time consuming to do otherwise.

Judge Daniele's attitude and the way she speaks to counsel, parties, clerks, or just anyone in her courtroom is so unnecessary and unprofessional. Why would you yell at anyone on the stand for giving you an explanation to a question you've asked? It's not like she interrupts you by saying "excuse me." She literally screams at you while you speak, lifts her hands up in the sky, jerks her head back and forth for not answering the question to her liking. "ANSWER YES OR NO," "I DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT," etc., in such a loud and berating voice. I'm not a criminal and even if she had a criminal in her courtroom, no one should be spoken to in that manner. The only times I've seen her calm was when a Spanish plaintiff was on the stand, obviously because they speak through an interpreter. Being as though my case was heard closer to the end of the day, it's obvious she lets this affect how she handles her courtroom. She blatantly shows you by her rolling eyes and big sighs that she's annoyed as if you came into her PFA courtroom for no reason. I've seen judges in action in their courtroom but I've never experienced anything close to how Judge Daniele speaks to people. I'm sure she wouldn't want anyone to speak to her family members the way she does with everyone else.

Judge Danielle is a phony. She deliberately ignores the law, statutes, court procedures and civil procedures to get the outcome that she wants and that is PREDETERMINED by her prior to trial. Furthermore, she has ex parte discussions pertaining to the case with the opposing attorney. The trials are fixed. One time one of my attorneys informed me that this judge will give signals to the attorneys to let them know when she has heard enough testimony and has seen enough evidence. That is just one of many examples of how she manipulates and abuses her power. She deliberately creates a false record as well by creating false narratives from her bench in regards to events. It's another example of how she controls the outcome that she wants. Judge Daniele is not trustworthy or honorable. Let her just run her mouth and document all her misconduct and violations and let her make her own hole that she has to wiggle her way out of. She is an ELECTED OFFICIAL and is held accountable to the public no matter what. PS - (She is not running again due to her age so she has no one to be accountable to for any future elections so she has no incentive to perform her duties properly or in a dignified manner.)

Unfortunately, I don't have any other judges that I have experience with to compare her to but this woman is SCAREY!!! She yelled at me "YOU HAVE NO CLUE!" 6 TIMES, while I was questioning my daughter on the stand. She kept telling me to move it along, this is irrelevant when I was trying to be careful how I asked. I got so flustered that I forgot to ask some important questions, she probably wouldn't have let me anyway. Then at the end she told me that I had caused my kids to be alienated from me and it was because I had no clue. It so shocked me when she did this. I tried to keep going but she kept interrupting me so I just stopped. I didn't have the money to spend on an attorney so I guess she thought that She could abuse me as much as she wanted. She did the same to my ex and I even felt bad for him. She's very abusive. Be careful around her.

Judge Daniele is an absolute tyrant in the courtroom. Her lack of logic and justice is evidenced by her constant attitude and showboating in the courtroom. She asks a question and immediately begins to answer for the poor soul she is busy berating.
