Very unfair judge. And he is a lawyer. Subject of numerous lawsuits including ACLU of PA because he puts people in jail for nothing with high cash bails he knows they can't afford. He plays favorites, too. Plus his staff gossips with cops and judges. Steer clear.

Girlfriend has metastatic breast cancer and asked to be tried in absentia on a piddly little local noise ordinance she got for listening to news of the insurrection in her parked car in front of my house on 1/7. Corrupt cop harasses her, mails her a ticket weeks later and judge found her guilty and fines her MORE than what the ordinance calls for "because she didn't show up". He is an evil, [Redacted by Ed.] to do that. Only a man would even find a woman with Stage 4 breast cancer guilty of such a stupid charge, let alone tack on more money because they have zero sense of fairness. We are filing a complaint with the judicial conduct board. Had she been a man, the outcome would have been far different. PA doesn't need any more men like this on the bench.
