It was Supervisor Schafer Sacrifice of his Private Time-Life for his Public Duties that caught the eye of The Honorable Governor Ed Rendell that appointed him to District Justice due to knowing the Commonwealth Professional, Political, and Legal Code of Ethical Behavior Compliance.
