absolutely atrocious behavior. He prejudged a situation based on his opinion before hearing out the actual case. He came back screaming at me for using his court room to try to gain custody, then went out to the office area and told all the staff that "this case back here, this is all about a divorce".

All because I had a lawyer be present for my protection, even though it was the state vs. my ex for a harassment case which involved domestic violence. He thought the custody lawyer coming was a ploy of mine. The case was so awful that I needed her there to just listen, because she could have no involvement in the case as she was there in support.

I have never seen such a awful excuse for a judge as I did in that moment. He already has his opinion formed before even hearing what I went through.
