Judge Clement botched the job of detecting a frivolous claim of harassment, ignoring the key part of the the law “intent to harass.” A mother leaving a care package in her daughter’s car for the start of the school year should thrown this charge out of the courtroom. Instead, this single act of injustice presided over by Judge Clement has laid the foundation for a 10-year tragedy for our family of epic proportions.
