Judge Mulligan is corrupt and unethical. Mulligan supports perpetrators of child abuse and punishes the protective parent for reporting.

The judge has shown an inability to acknowledge her own mistakes. She will show partiality to a litigant based on her own insecurities and prior rulings while ignoring the facts and evidence of a case. She has punished litigants economically for reasons that are inappropriate and illegal that have nothing to do with the fair distribution of assets or child support. She is unable to separate critical issues in each area of a case pertaining to family law rendering her decisions biased and without merit or explanation. She has gone as far as to render falsehoods in orders and opinions referring to motions that were never filed by the other party with the purpose of punishing or finding a litigant in contempt. Last, she will obstruct justice to the extent that she can by using her economic power to control the outcome of a criminal or civil case.

This woman should not only be removed from the bench but needs to be disbarred. She is a criminal who has caused many families, including mine, a lifetime of damages.
