He ignored clear signs of abuse and sexual assault and when my daughter was only 12, ordered weekend unsupervised visits with her identified abuser. Not only was she ordered to be under the 'care' of her perpetrator, she was also a protected party on the active Protection From Abuse order against him.
This ran concurrent with the ongoing CPS sexual abuse investigation, which came out to be 'unfounded', due to the fact that there was no proper investigation.
This judge tolerated this same perpetrator screaming and yelling inside the court, believed his lies against me, and continued to hold me in contempt, threaten me with prison and fined me to the point of bankruptcy.
This judge even said that he was not going to let a little girl tell him how to rule.
Personally, I feel he was very biased. It was confirmed when I heard it from others who were there to observe.
I asked the managing director of the local Crimes Victims Center to be there with me because I was very afraid of what may happen, and she confirmed that she never saw a judge so biased against someone.

I have never in my life, including TV, seen someone so biased towards an individual. Rules completely on emotion and ignores evidence. So much ignores it that he will look at a clear picture and say it does not exist. To make matters even worse speaks out against items he clearly has absolutely little to no knowledge on. There are transcripts that can prove this without question. It is a shame that people like him are elected into these positions of public interest. The best description would be a Napoleonic Complex right down to even trying the Mad Dog stare.
