God help the elderly who have to enter Judge Platts court. Her main interest is to enact a guardianship over any elder, take away their home, their money, their family and allow the elder to be warehoused in nursing homes for profit. Her pride in her guardianship program is misplaced, she does not give a damn who she harms, its all about her court room buddies and money and property. Beware of her singling you out, especially her hate of females, she is almost flirtatious with the men in her court room. She has beliefs she knows the law when in fact she does not, she will deny you due process, she will falsify the record by testifying herself to untruths. Judge Platt is known for her abuse of power, and her bias to the person she wants to neutralize.A very mentally unstable Judge, dangerous to allow her deciding on peoples lives. She does not care who she destroys.

This judge could not care less about the law, the Constitution, Civil Rights, etc. I agree with the other posters. She was not even my judge, did a favor for a lawyer buddy (opposing counsel) that cost me nearly 300,000.00 by denying my petition 34-minutes after I filed it (it would have been physically impossible for her to read it and all its exhibits in that amount of time, and come up with her bogus ruling. Left me with no recourse for appeal, and confidence, ever again, in the justice system, and has, apparently ridden off on her high horse....off to her next victim... Lovely.

This judge is abusive comes into the court with a formed opinion you have no chance at justice. She wants power and control,she will fine your thousands of dollars if you challenge her.She fabricates testimony and injects her opinions as if they are true. She manipulates court orders and records to get at the person she does not like , freely insults people in opinions and orders. Criminal activity is ok with her she claims she is not a criminal court go file something in another court if you don't like it.Incompetent unable to keep facts straight. what your case is about becomes irrelevant the outcome will be what ever she wants even if someone gets physically hurt by her orders she does not care. this is a dangerous judge. her staff gossips to the attorneys so the attorneys know the outcome before walking into the court.Once your in her court you can not get out, she is a bully and unconscionable miserable person with no remorse for hurting anyone
