This judge is extremely fair. This judge has been the only light that I have seen amongst the Delaware County judges. He proved to me that he doesn't do the rule in your favor just bc you are in the Delaware County lawyer clique. I have the utmost respect for him.

I filed an emergency petition and what he did was horrible.HE made sure I could not appeal to superior court when he assigned an emergency hearing to a date that was already in place for a contempt hearing.
He intentionallydid not want me to be able to go to superioir court as that would have meant things would have been exposed and having to wait a year for an appeal would have been brought out. So that is what they do. They think they are above the law. Well I am so happy that judicial complaints can be filed and will be and I am not letting anyone do this to someone else. Your talking about kids and parents who are not seeing their kids.
So while he may think he is getting away with something he wont be in the end because I am taking this as far as I can. I am sick of all the games that go on in that court. Judges who think they can slander people and nothing is going to happen. Well lets see about that and see what Harrisburg does.
