I had commented before. This judge will make a ruling causing us to lose our case and then when we went before him several years later he recused himself based on a vague relationship with his spouse 20 years ago. How does this happen? He should have recused himself the first time......This opened the door to more litigation destroying our family.

This judge ruled against our case in 2013 causing us to lose bordering on a HIPPA violation.
In 2015 recused himself based on conflict of interest, due to a vague relationship with his spouse from 20 years ago and sent us to a Family Court judge Robert Sambroak who then had a past working relationship with the opposing attorney (another conflict of interest).
