[Redacted by Ed.] Ruins lives and family relationships. My ex did not follow every single rule by judge (at least 50). He even threatened me and the therapist we were seeing by blocking our exit. I am not kidding, sadly. That’s ok, bc my ex was found out , she just picked another for us even though we had to both give a list of our choices . And another strike, did not go with my 10 picks even though the Montgomery county employee could not bother making any list. My ex removed my child from therapy, put her in danger with drugs and guns left in open reach, gave me no custody at all even though I had my other child who would not go with my ex. She should lose her job and pension and be put thru court for her misuse and abuse of the LAW. This county makes me sick.

Judge Wall should be tried in a court of law herself. She also gave custody to my ex who worked for Montgomery County. I fought for over a year to make him held accountable for his actions and finally I had to give up. He alienated my daughter from me by telling her lies. I had to pay alimony to my ex for two yrs and he rarely saw the kids. Until he wanted child support. I didn’t realize it at the time, but my ex is a total narcissist and checks every box for being a sociopath . She didn’t want to even hear he had a PFA in his past bc the past “was the past”. I was dumb and didn’t make it permanent. He pulled my daughter into his crazy drugged violent life. Wall gave me no custody even though I had custody of my son My daughter was only 13, and he didn’t watch her at all. She went from straight A’s and playing sports to being absent all the time. My ex screwed her up so badly that she spent most of the time until she was 18 in detention centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation with minimal security to full blown detention in north Pa. She is now 21 with 2 kids from a 35 yr old. Of course she got pregnant at 17 and barely finished high school. I think Pottstown basically gave it to her even though she barely went thru any hs years. I found out he was dealing large quantities of coke and showed her and my nephew a few lbs in his safe. He kept a gun under the sofa headrest in the living room. I reported it to Montgomery county but nothing. I believe the baby daddy was seeing my daughter since she was 14-15. My ex told me he caught a 35 yr old getting high and drinking with my daughter. He got away bc my ex went for his gun downstairs instead of dealing with him. I went to court for a yr with Judge Wall and he would not follow any rule that she had ever put for him or us to follow. I mean every rule whether there were 2 or 12. I couldn’t believe it. My ex tried to have me arrested thru Macungie police, the state police, Pottstown police. He tried to PFA me and it was the only thing she ever had thrown out.I told my daughter I was done dealing with them both and told her she knew my # if she wanted a relationship. He had her so brainwashed and told my kids terrible false things about me.My daughter was living in her car at 17 while I paid support. She finally got debrainwashed at the last detention center. She has no contact. The ahole showed up in the hospital when she had her second kid this year. She pseudo “married “ her father . Same exact behavior. He also had her go to her middle school and tell them I was abusing her. Child services had to come out and said my daughter was one of the most manipulative children he had ever encountered. My ex worked for the county from 18 to a few years ago. He had a DUI after he threatened to blow my head off in front of the cops. He had one of the highest levels for the amount of alcohol. I believe the commissioners dropped his DUI from the worst level to the least worst. It somehow “disappeared “ by the time she had her last court hearings in the juvenile court. Her case worker saw absolutely none of that in his file at all. I have no RESPECT FOR LAW ANYMORE. I can’t believe that women can live with herself. Especially it sounds like she’s a really dirty Judge. She is vile , disgusting and will get her comeuppance eventually. IAlso , she told me it would be a good idea to get “ an alarm “ system” before she took her from me. I had to pay 4 yrs for it bc I moved during the timeframe and got stuck with the bill for 4 years. I would appreciate anyone who sees this to feel free to call me. I have all the evidence bc it blew my mind and my daughters chance at a good life. I raised my son, put him thru college and he’s the Only one that will be able to take care of himself. It sickens me what she did to me and my daughter.i have mentioned to my daughter I would like to write the judge a letter. She’s like why? You can’t change anything? The only glee I did get was that my daughter made his life hell. Her and her gf beat him up. They do get their karma but at our children’s expense.

I had the same judge Kelly Wall who looked down on me and did not protect me and my children from my ex who has a previous child abuse record, criminal record for child abuse and I had an active PFA against him during our custody hearing. Wall stated I used the PFA to alienate the father and would not allow any contact (as per the PFA order) and gave primary physical to the father who had previous records of abuse and an active PFA protecting me and my children, my mother and my 2 children to a previous marriage. Wall was outside prior to the hearing talking to the father and his lawyer. Unethical Judge! She should be removed from the bench!

Judge Kelly Wall was never assigned to my case, yet it seems she didn't have enough work and without authority entered an order in my case where she overrode the coordinate jurisdiction of a previous presiding judge's order by canceling my child support hearing, terminated my minor unemancipated child's support, and barred me from filing for child support or enforcing my divorce order. Judge Wall knowingly falsified material facts in her opinion to the appeals court. Judge Kelly Wall violated her Official Oath, all PA laws that were applicable in my case, and she abandoned the Constitution. The PA JCB protects most judges and PA judges are retained unless they are voted out. Vote her out!

Kelly C. Wall is a courtroom’s resident calamity whose decisions shatter families and her interpretation of the law resembles a bumbling shuffle through a minefield of ignorance and incompetence. Facing this catastrophe is like stepping into an altered universe where right is wrong and injustice reigns supreme. It’s time for Wall to pack up her gavel and switch careers to one where legal acumen isn’t required, perhaps she can become a fortune-teller where being consistently wrong is expected and more suited to her talents.

Does notconsider the educational needs of a child or the stabliity of child's environment. She makes derogatory remarks from the bench. Very unfair to fathers and favors the mother. Possible racist.Child did not have a summer waiting for her ruling which came one week before school opening. Totally bias judge, Kelly Wall, and possibly racist. Willing to find the plaintiff(mother) in contempt but not willing to punish the mother for violating their own court order. How can that be??? I have no faith in this judge and she completely favors women. If you're male you stand zero chance. Ms. Kelly Wall cut me off several times while making my statements but, yet let the mother speak freely uninterrupted. Not even once did she go after the mother for violating the order but instead was sure to blame me for what's going on.She shouldn't be on the bench. She should be barred and impeached. Totally bias & one sided judge! Never seen the other party not violating the order get blamed or punished. Wrong!

Judge Kelly C. Wall is a horrible, bias, mean spirited Judge who ruins people’s lives! Wall Ignores her own expert’s reports and recommendations! She makes orders based on hearsay! Violates Due process rights of parents and children! Judge Wall sides with lawyers she is friends with and makes bias comments on the bench. Judge Wall doesn’t follow the rule of law and basically ignores Parental rights with regard to the Constitution! Judge Wall has caused irreversible damage to so many children and their parents! Relationships between a parent and a child should never be treated so insignificant!

An absolutely horrible, mean spirited Judge. Very unfair towards male litigants in support cases. Routinely ruled in favor of a Montgomery County Probation Officer who was the Plaintiff in a child support case. As a result of that case, an official complaint has bern filed with the Board of Judicial Conduct.

Documented in court transcripts Judge Wall said she already made up her mind within the first day of the family court case (it was a 5 day trial). The defendant had not even put on their case at that point and she cut off the rebuttal testimony of the defendant. The forensic psychologist report and testimony was not even referenced by the Judge in her Finds of Facts because it was counter (and in favor of the father) to her custody ruling. Very clear bias against father. The plaintiff mother's lawyer and Judge are friends and socialize together. Very suspect.This judge should not be reelected in 2019.

This judge hid the fact that her husband was a close associate off opposing counsel. The judge herself teaches classes with that opposing counsel.
But she failed to disclose this fact.

In addition, it's likely that some exchange of favors occurred between the other party and the judge.
This judge ruled that both parties had to pre-submit petitions to HER before filing at prothonotary- a process no other American has to go through. Since the ruling, every one of Mother's petitions [and harrowing accusations] has been heard [and dismissed]..while--five or six of my petitions were not allowed to be filed.

No fewer than three Custody evaluators have recommended me to 42% custody of my Children, but...no..not in Kelly Wall's courtroom.

When Mother was found to have stopped paying the mortgage on the Children's home in May 2011 [and forward] - Judge Wall found her in contempt. No sanction--no recourse. And blamed me. My kids are being foreclosed on at this time. I asked for the deed of the underwater property to save it [ their lifelong home ] for their use.

Mmmm. No.

I agree that this judge should be impeached.

This judge should be impeached. She had no prior litigation experience. She concealed a campaign contribution.. and for four years issued biased orders.. and then suddenly recused stating she had a "conflict" with one of the parties. I have been trying to therefore get her orders vacated in this corrupt system. The complaint to the judicial conduct board against her was dismissed.. but 30 days later she recused. I assume they were behind it. She caused irreparable damage in this case.
