Extremely capable jurist. He knows the law. He cares about the law. He respects the parties. He cares about getting it right. He would make an excellent state or U.S. Supreme Court justice. He is definitely worthy to be on the federal bench or an appellate court state or federal. You can see why he was made Supervising Judge of Family Court. He respects diversity as well. The Governor and the President should consider him for vacancies on other courts. I know he is highly regarded by members of the bar. Moreover, I have heard of his pleasant demeanor when I over heard someone speaking well of him to one of our state senators in the leadership as being well versed in the law and respectful of diversity.
