Judge Younge does what he wants regardless of the law. By way of example, he denied a motion to compel the deposition of a defendant, and explained that the plaintiff should have subpoenaed the defendant first. He is also useless when it comes to settling cases during pre trial conferences. Lastly, he can be condescending, irrational and temperamental. He's probably bitter and jaded that he won't get that EDPA appointment now that Trump is in office.
