Listen i have been fighting this battle with my kids dad for 10 years now my kids have been removed several times from my care. Dad repeatedly violates orders and nothing never happens i go months without seeing kids?? i missed sweet birthdays
My daughter is completely torn inside with nowhere to run my son is slowly starting to suffer also.
I have no criminal record nothing worked my whole life while my kids father is a drug dealer and his wife has a criminal record also.
Im suffering deep depression with no one to run to
At this point im ready to reach out to the media

Parents beware! Litigated custody for my child for nearly 4 years. The other parent was out of the picture. Only an uncle stood in the way. There was no reason to believe that I was an unfit parent. Unfortunately, between Judge Alexander P. Bickett and Judge Daniel D. Regan, among a couple other administrative judges and court appointed Best Interests Attorneys, I was put through literal hell. Every opportunity they got they would "suspend" my visitation. The uncle was allowed to withhold visits and phone calls with no punishment. After a couple federal lawsuits and several letters and bold moves asserting my fundamental liberties as a parent which are protected by the fourteenth amendment, they finally started getting the hint. They still did all they could to impede my case until I made the uncle break and they had no choice, although there was talk that she might be placed in foster care. My poor daughter had to endure unspeakable abuses for years because of the courts in Pittsburgh. Much of it could have been avoided if they had just respected my stepping up and put her with her rightful parent from the beginning.
