Judge Clifford has to be the most bias judge I have ever came across. You don't need evidence to prove your case with him, he just takes your word for it. He even helps the perpetrators with his "leading" questions. To all the survivors that see his name as your assigned judge, please request a new judge before your first hearing. You will automatically lose, as it does not matter what type of proof you have. It will be dismissed or it will be assumed that you paid off that individual or group. Also, if you challenge his ruling, that is when you start to get bullied. Request a new judge ASAP!

Hey Judge Clifford your courtroom gavel isn’t a backscratcher. You are expected to adhere to the principles of justice, the code of judicial conduct, and faithfully execute the duties of your office. Time for a reset.

Lets judges from other county to influence his opinion to not grant a final PFA

He is for the abusers. He did not care that the plaintiff beat the defendant in front of their kids and then beat the kids. PFA was put into place and he called the defendant a parental alianator. He is not for the kids at all. Please ask for a different judge. He is absolutely horrible for the DV survivors.
