He is incapable of fairness. He allows his personal feelings into decisions. I was served with paperwork only 39 hours before my court date because the sheriff made an error. I begged Judge Rubine to allow me time to get an attorney. I also told him that I did not understand some issues, and I did not understand court procedure. He asked me my age, and then told me to use common sense! He is an evil man and should not be allowed on the bench.
