It has been my experience with Honorable Judge Robin Jacobson Houwman, that she has shown extreme bias toward anything she does not, or does not want to understand. She is heavy handed toward fathers for shared parenting, regardless of the circumstances and evidence presented to her. I have an opinion on the welfare of the South Dakota Justice System because of her nature to be above the law, as apposed to protecting the rights of her fellow man.
