More than just an appearance of bias, prosecuting on the bench, practicing law on the bench and all of the system is inheriting contempt of congress for changing the meaning of the word person to mean an individual. The after birth creating the Federal PERSON is Identity theft peonage in land piracy if not paper genocide. It is also the Municipal State of State contempt under their own version of rules in their state of state SDCL 16-15-1. Fraud upon the court all MOOT, and exhausted yet status to hear time and time again same repeated issue, refusing to take responsibility for the unusual process is just void or trial by jury or a jury trial. Nothing has been done for near a year besides the same misidentified person issue being a stand off. The debtor prosecution's charges against the creditor defendant is offset and discharged, now what? So who defaulted ? and what is the dispute? Yup constructive fraud.
