My daughter and grandson has not lived in Bradley co Tennessee for 10 years her ex husband has not lived there for a year but his mother Janice Casteel was city manager in Cleveland until last year she and the judge are friends and have worked together.Mrs Casteel does not want the case moved so he will not let it be moved out of his and her control.you must question his use of power.
