This judge is both fair and even-handed. He is very respectful to attorneys, laypersons, and jurors alike. He takes his role seriously. He is hardworking and diligent. He made an incorrect ruling on a legal issue in one of my cases, but after an adverse jury verdict on the merits (and widely publicized media reports on similar cases) supported my position on the legal issue, he waived all court costs.
