This judge, who had already read the briefs submitted by both sides, decided to interrogate and bully our attorney during his 15 minute oral argument, shortening it by at least 6-7 minutes. This was an obvious ploy to distract and take him off his game. He made sneering faces and was very sarcastic and condescending when talking to our attorney, and nothing but gracious and polite to the opposing attorney. There was already an appearance of severe bias looming over the trial court judge's head, not even worse over this appeals court judge.
