He is a HORRIBLE Judge,He mocked my Son saying my son Bibical punishes his children which is against the Cannon.He drove up court cost by allowing her Attorney to object the first two court cases because she wasnt prepared and said there was an investigation when it wasnt. She wasnt prepared because there was nothing she need time to make stuff up.It was to to drive up court costs and allow malfeasance fruits of a poisoness tree. This whole case should have been dismissed because it was all based on fraud. I have a friend who will testify that Rebecca Lashbrooke is a liar she fired Rebecca because she tried to get her to lie on her case. My son submitted evidence they refused to review, it was my Granddaughter said their mother made them lie saying they were sick when they wasnt. Barry is a bad Judge he allowed a rapist to live in a home with an 11 year old girl, when his victim was 12. Barry is motivated by federal funding and destroying families!

A really bad judge. He does not follow the constitution or law. Shows favoritism and allows malfeasance.My sons children was taken from him without a police report or investigation after their Mother had abandoned them for 2 1/2 years without paying child support. My son has been alienated from his girls and forced child support, he lost his home and children after she had infidelity. Now she has brainwashed the children to think their Dad does want them. She lied in the beginning and Barry Tidwell allowed perjury! There is much more wrong with this case we have proof.
