Judge Gonzalez merely signs what is put before her without reading it. She enters injunctions in dv cases where the petitions clearly are insufficient.

This "Judge" should relocate to Venezuela or some similar jurisdiction where the rule of law means nothing. She should probably sneak a peek at the law before she just blatantly and arrogantly disregards it all togeather. Good luck to those who must appear before her. Be well-versed and well-prepared, she will NOT be. Good luck ! save money for the appeal(s).

The absolute worst judge that I have ever had the displeasure of appearing before in a Courtroom. Unfair, biased, prejudiced,uncalled for poor attitude and disrespectful toward attorneys. Does not know the rule of law, rules of evidence, courtroom decorum and lacks any sense of procedure. A disgrace to the bench and needs to be removed ASAP!

The previous posts have to be plaintiff's attorneys in PIP cases. This is one of the most unfair people on the bench today. When presented with legal authority on the record (the ruling of the 11th Circuit) she has stated, "I don't have to follow that". No kidding. If a judge doesn't have to follow the law, then what are they doing? Then it's a kingdom and not a court of law. Also something terribly amiss when is presiding over cases of close friends whose wife happens to be a judge. People do notice. Hope the New Times picks up on this one.

One of the best county court judges on the bench. A model judge who could teach others about temperament and work ethic. She should aspire to the circuit court bench one day, where she would be a real asset.
