Her moral stage of development must of been stunted because she has the tendency to lash out if she feels slighted, takes advantage of others to get what she wants, has an inflated sense of self, has no remorse or empathy, must win at all costs, and does not care about the pain she causes others and perhaps even enjoys it. She would deploy threats, deception and coercion to transfer custody away from the safe party over to the abusive party.

I’m so glad Judge Kersey is no longer at sambar Dino Family Court. She has been destroying this community for a long time for everyone that has seen her and watch how she handles her court. She puts friends like temporary judge Matthew Sheasby opinion over evidence. She ruined my kids and I life. She is terrible. I’m sorry for whoever has to deal with her in the future, but I try to get her petition out of San Bernardino Family Court, so that’s why she left.

Would almost seem like a court if this thing would allow due process of equal time to speak.

But this health nut clearly knows what is best based on her finger licking pick.

Good news, ain't no way this uncontested elected idiot with a clear past of corrupt sexual harassments claims (LOL!) will have an inkling more of space in that office.

We have great judges in this county. They are smart enough to get this dirt bag out of there tid for tat so they are no so hindered by pure tyranny. (She jokes about how tyrannical she is btw to her office mates.). Should we call them mates? Reading through the postings it is clear she leaves a path of complete disgust.

Disgraceful in every way measurable.

Ruled against me persistent based on opposing parties claims alone, against damning evidence and credible witness testimony.

Over the multitude of hearings, it is observable she chooses her victor from the start of the case and bends the law at her own will from there. She will not require evidence from one party in support of their claims, while on the other hand; allows evidence to go unnoticed, prevents it from being presented all together or chastise the other party when merely testifying to claims themselves.

Although she is not protected by the first amendment while acting as a judge, she violates this by being persistently rude and condescending. You will notice she find humor throughout while the families before her suffer from circumstance. In her own admittance, she indicates deciding on a whole host of issues based on her own laziness.

I have observed multiple hearings other than my own and witnessed her dishonorable behavior persisted throughout.

No family should ever have to suffer in the way that mine has. This tyrannical judge should not be allowed anywhere near a court room.

Reading the judicial code of conduct will in no way be reminiscent of anyone's experience with this "judge".

We cannot allow judge Cheryl Kersey another term after 2027 in San Bernardino. Judge kersey in my experience is the worse family judge for urban families. She has worked along side attorney Matthew Sheasby, which are great friends outside of court. I was a defendant. Judge kersey ignored police reports, videos, statements from witnesses about the abuse and proof of fraudulent documents for my case. As a result my and my children are $60,000 in debt. We where homeless living in hotels in 2020. My children had to make there own cps abuse complaints because the ignorance of judge kersey. She has put my children in harms way to side with her friend Matthew Sheasby that presented no evidence to her. As a result I took my case to civil court and won. I have another fraudulent civil case against plaintiff and including attorney Matthew Sheasby this time. All I ever wanted was fair trial for my childrens protection. Our lives have been emotionally distressed and financially depressed by judge Cheryl kersey. If any others would like to join our campaign to stop tyrants such as her. Please send me email.

If you’re looking for a fair trial don’t come here. She speaks on pending trials before they happen informing clients of what she is going to do. In the interim it doesn’t matter what occurs, what court orders are violated or what laws are broken. She conceals these things by failing to recognize them and it seems purposefully fails to write court orders because they might look bad right before her final judgement. First day of trial she attempts to force a settlement when she previously ordered a second opinion of which the client spent thousands of dollars to obtain. Begrudgingly the court agreed to continue the trial but ultimately the court silenced all testimony. The court is egregiously bias but doesn’t care because who’s going to stop her. She presents the client with a option that is not an option. She preys on their economic status. Option one was to pay thousands more or option two accept her judgement. The court never even bothered to read the report she ordered the client to obtain and delivered a final judgement that was unfair, unsafe and knowingly continued abuse to happen.

In general Judge Kersey lacks compassion, makes you feel like you are wasting her time and has an overall sarcastic attitude of "but did you die." She rarely ask questions, is extremely dismissive and minimizes abuse. She has zero follow through; she states all the problems yet ultimately make rulings that are unsafe. In the end parents leave her courthouse with no rationales to her hasty and sloppy judgements. She has a known reputation for ruling pro-contact in abuse cases that supersedes the best interest of the child. When she gets frustrated with parents she threatens to take away the child and place them into the foster system. Judge Kersey is a loose cannon. In her court she will allow evidence to be submitted the same day without providing the other party copies. She allows a private audience with attorney's in her chambers that the other party is not privy too. She hardly ever follows protocol. There would be more logic applied to flipping a coin as to who should have custody. She should not be practicing in Family Law.

This Judge is awful. She is unprepared, does not take good notes on the bench. She favors hometown lawyers. She does not really look to see if the law she thinks she knows is correct. She is arrogant treats an attorney poorly if she take a bad liking to him or her. Just all around awful. She should not be sitting on the bench as a Judge, stay far, far away from her.

Well I've been trying to submit proper documentation to have my appearance on 8 817 be done via Court call. Spoke with Christy and Sherry in Department s54 who are the clerks in judge Cheryl curses courtroom. They are telling me the judge will allow me to appear via Court call but not be allowed to give any testimony. So what would be the point of me even appearing if I'm not allowed to have my day in court and disprove the allegations set forth by Scarlet Wagner who is the petitioner of a restraining order request to be placed on me Seth farmer. I live in Washington state where Scarlet Wagner has also lived and has been arrested six times for domestic violence I have been arrested 0 times for domestic violence in Benton County Washington. She's also got two warrants out of Maricopa County Arizona for two counts of DV that she failed to comply with the terms set forth. She just ran for a second time from her pre-trial date here in Benton County District Court Two-Face her four counts which have now become for active warrants for her arrest. Her and her friend Jason Bishop have defamed my name and my son's name via social media and text messages to my family members claiming some outrageous allegations that I need to be able to defend myself regarding and my son. And not only can I do so but I can do so easily because everything in her paperwork that you guys stamped and signed are nothing but lies which I can disprove with documentation as well as voice recordings and text messages emails Etc. But how am I supposed to keep this restraining order from being made a permanent order if I'm not allowed to give any testimony during my appearance. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical of any Court in this land. If you allow an outside company to allow people to appear telephonically then you cannot keep them from testifying and giving their testimony and having their day in court to defend themselves of the allegations set forth against them. This is outrageous and I will be taking this all the way to as high as I got to go in order for this wrong to be righted immediately.

I had Judge Kersey recently for a custody matter. I also sat in her court room most of the day. From my own experience she was very fair, she took time and listened to my concerns and handled our case accordingly. I feel very pleased that she was my Judge, she seemed very fair and consistent with not only my case but the other cases before mine as well.

This judge has made racist remarks and derogatory comments and illegally removed my kids for federal money after I filed a 170.6 form with the courts editing and perjury slander defamation of character and assault and personal injury.was not given a fare trial targeted me and my family extortion on me and others
