I feel he is to accepting of CFS and lacks any motivation to challenge those to be considered "experts". A man who has sworn oaths both in the military and court would think to have a greater passion for justice than most others.

He lets foster people take over all the confidential juvenile hearings and let's everyone lie about biological parents to steal.kids. [Redacted]

I honestly think that Judge Rhyne read and understood a case I was involved in this year. He was patient and fair throughout, I was impressed. Its quite obvious this man is very busy, yet intelligent and very capable while showing respect and courtesy to all.
