This judge is evil, doing favors for former coworkers in the DA's office. Not allowing evidence to be presented, issuing orders on heresay testimony. She should be investigated, her emails should be looked at for years back and all her lies will be revealed. At the end of the day, it doesn't appear she has much remorse for her day's evil works.

Fair and objective, as well as intelligent. Needed improvements: (1) Promptly appear in the courtroom exactly as scheduled...Do not delay by 5-7 minutes, keeping everyone waiting. (2) Limit the constant interruptions of attorneys approaching the bench. These are huge time-wasters...
(3) Limit lunch breaks to only one hour, not l.5 hours (4) Do not recess awaiting for a dawdling person to appear to testify. If he/she is not present, proceed without the witness. (5) Control obnoxious, arrogant, sarcastic attorneys who insult jurors and others. If needs be, warn that disciplinary action may follow.

Ran a tight and professional court proceedings. Very respectful of the Jury and attorneys and over saw a fair and impartial trial .

Judge Villapudua was wonderful. Absolutely had the best interests of our child at the forefront of every question posed to us.

This judge (Xapuri Villapudua) says she's looking out for the best interest of the children. But her judgments totaly contradict that. When its obvious she only cares about her power trip no one else. Like alot of these people that have jobs of authority are full of themselves. When in actuallity these positions are ment to help society. Instead they fuck it all up with thier non moral swollen eagles.

Our crime in Stockton is also due to the corruption and discrimination we have in our legal system. We have police officers, investigators and attorneys that instead of giving individuals a fair trial they have made up reports just to win a case.

As an example Judge Xapuri Villapudua who was a DA supervising the child abuse and sexual assault unit helped Judge Seth Hoyt who at the time was also a DA remove an informants sexual abuse charge so he could be more credible for his case, and had an investigator make up a report to give to the feds to help not only win but make it a much stronger case. It’s like they are their own gang helping each other look good; not to forget Phil Urie and others that also contribute to this corruption.

It’s ironic how Xapuri Villapudua is involved with the Women's Shelter and Seth Hoyt is involved with the Concilio yet they really don’t care for the community and are just power freaks with no principles or ethics.
