Judge Hayashi is not a good judge. His legal analysis is almost always exceedingly shallow -- it's unclear whether this is because he just does not understand the law very well, or because he's content to "resolve" a motion by citing the one case that somewhat supports his preferred outcome while ignoring the multiple cases that distinguish or outright reject that one case's reasoning. He also seems afraid of granting truly dispositive motions even when most other judges would exercise their discretion in favor of granting those motions - it's like he just wants a case to linger around until the parties deplete their resources and settle out of exhaustion. Or maybe he just doesn't want to get reversed as it's basically impossible to appeal the denial of such motions.

Created new legal standards in order to rule in favor of opposing party. I wouldn't believe a sitting judge could be so incompetent if I didn't see it with my own eyes.

How can my brother be evicted when he was not a tenant while being in possession for 15-years? This is an outright criminal act and that the judges get away with almost everything because even the appeals court does not like to overrule the state court judges. this certainly appears to be an unjust system because nobody review’s the judge’s findings before it becomes a final order; so, they apparently do what they want. Here are some facts.
1. Judge Dennis Hayashi, in the adverse possession case, stated that he would not overrule Robert Freedman’s Judgment. Judge Robert Freedman stated in his ruling we have no chance to prevail at trial as my brother be the equable owners of the subject property and dismissed the Lis pendens in the adverse possession case, although the heirs met all five elements of adverse possession. On 3/15/2017 Hayashi recused himself, implying he was biased, but stepped back in the case the following week on 3/22/2017.
