Always reliable. Always prepared. Very thorough. Very organized. Kind to all parties. Inherited a very complex case and handled it very conscientiously. I have seen four judges at the Superior Court, he was by far the best.

Just like judge Cowan in this department that came before him, Suzuki decides at the outset who he sides with and pack up and go home if it isn't you. doesnt care if he's appealed and has the attitude of what you going to do about it? doesnt know the law and doesnt read. not a probate judge.

By Susuki's own admission, whatever fraud the mediator perpetrates on the elderly the only thing that matters is "whether she signed it." It does not matter if the elder was dead tried after an all day mediation and her atty had gone home, she had no idea what she was signing but was told she could go home if she signed. All that matters to judge S is "whether she signed it."

clear case of financial elder abuse, elder coerced to amend an trust, to benefit solely remainder beneficiaries, and Wells Fargo Trust company. Clear that Wells Fargo and daugters of known convicted financial elder abuser, de-licensed california physician, Neil Hollander and his daughters colluded to manipulate elderly man to amend a trust that had $10; giving them millions of his own separate money by way of amending the trust to THEM. These women and known Criminal Wells Fargo, along with Bully unethical lawyer and this lawyer, have tortured their benefactor, and with great assistance from Judge Paul Suzuki. SHAME OF CALIFORNIA PROBATE COURT & the pathetic rulings of this pathetic excuse that Americans have to rely on for justice.
