He is the one Judge I would wholeheartedly suggest for my client's case. Not only was he fair and reasonable, he wrote a detailed and thoughtful opinion and was willing to entertain an expert to alter case scheduling when appropriate. I would not be surprised if he were on the short list to fill Appeallete on the bench.
