Blizzard ruined my life and my little child's feelings due to his [redacted] /bias decision against me as female. He was with my abusive ex's side in the beginning over all the real evidences presented to his face at the 9 days trial for custody. He belongs to a prison for what he has done to me and to my child. He is a liar and very bad judge who took advantage of his "power" and those judges should not making any decisions to damage people. I filed a complaint against him and will take more legal action.

Allows most any evidence presented in a trial even if proper objections are made. Asks witnesses and parties as many questions at a trial than the attorney asks. On the bench he will inject his own site to an Evidence Code exception when the opposing counsel does not bring up the code.

When he was in family court he had no clue what he was doing and ruined many people's lives! He is biased against disabled people and middle aged women!

I like him. He told the DA flat out at Px that while there is enough for a holding order, there was not enough evidence for them to win at trial. I think it takes courage for a judge to put something like that in the record. The DA at the SCR referred to him as an "idiot," however, if there's at least one DDA that doesn't like him that makes me feel like he understands the burden of proof issues and is fair.
