Poor judgement. Doesn’t look at the evidence and makes decisions that keeps children in harms way. The complete antithesis of a fair and impartial judge.

I worked with this judge for 10 years as a mitigation specialist. Sadly, only disgruntled persons take the time to rate her and there are always going to be dissatisfied parties in family law. We worked with pitiful clients and she was always kind, committed, open minded, and a champion of the underdog. She was exceptionally thorough, detail oriented, and possessed of fine critical thinking skills. Judge Bennett cares deeply about every human being who appears on her courtroom. Her job is very difficult and due to the nature of domestic disputes, she is unfairly accused of indifference.

This judge is incapable of giving a fair and impartial ruling. Good luck if you have to go before her. And just so you know, you can file a thousand complaints and SB County is so corrupt and can't fill the judge's positions that they allow judges to continue screwing up peoples lives.

Yet another complaint filed against this judge. I pray for all that have to appear in front of this judge. On a side note, she won be default and no other judge wanted her job so we get to deal [redacted]

Very biased against mean. She actually said that if your upset about anything, you may break the law. In this case it was a restraining order. Never allowed apposing arguments and evidence to presented. Asked for another judge four times and still not allowed and never got a fair and impartial decision.

I dont feel like she looked at the details of my case. She favored one side. Took forever to make a decision when the results were very clear and even with family code 7501 she disregarded and used 3048 to bypass all evidence and make a biased judgment. We need her replaced because now my child is in a toxic home environment. Seems like if your friends with her you have a winning case.

Horrible judge she doesn’t look at evidence submitted, party admitted to hitting, pinching and interrogating child at mediation, then he said he doesn’t do that anymore in court room, and this judge granted him 50/50.. poor child is now dealing with his alcoholism on top of all that! Please pray our next court date reverses her mistake, bad thing is we have to go back to her as a judge.

I worked for this judge before she was appointed to the bench. I am a psychologist. She is wise, open-minded, reasonable, and compassionate to all parties. I recommend her highly. I have known her for 20 years. Her ethics are impeccable and she combines critical thinking skills with caring for each individual that appears before her.
