on a scale of 1-10 a zero. He does not listen to school teachers, or anyone else sent kids back to their mother after school teachers stated that the mother and father were drug Addicts. He could have care les, the CPS case manager was a total nut case, would not listen to what the teachers or Grand parents had to say she made them out to be the bad guys. Total anal judge

He was the judge for my sister's CPS case. Her baby boy died in his sleep. CPS took her 3 year old boy and put him in foster care. CPS asked the judge to not allow visits just in case the parents had done something to the baby and the older boy had seen it, which would make him upset if he saw them. The judge okayed this. This was a little boy whose brother had just died, and not only was he suddenly put with strangers, he was also completely cut off from his whole family. He never got to say goodbye to his parents, because he was at an aunt's house when he was taken. The judge took their rights a year later. The baby's autopsy had not even come out yet. The parents didn't know that their rights were going to be terminated, which is against court law. It is normal procedure for rights to be terminated 90 days after the previous hearing, in order for parents to have the time to do what is needed to improve their situation so they can get the child back. Their last hearing was less than two months before he took their rights. These are parents who have never been charged with anything by the police. Because of this judge, they lost not one child, but two, and so did the whole family.
