Complete lack of manners and is not fair or impartial. Watching him dress down a domestic violence victim and telling her to just work it out with her abuser while she shook and wept made me ill. He should be removed from his position. A position I might add he seems to really hate. He is bitter and makes every single person feel as though they are wasting HIS personal time. Disgusting!

I have now seen this judge in action twice. He seems like he would rather be any other place than in family court. I saw him belittle a domestic violence victim and tell her to work things out with her estranged husband so as to not waste the courts time. Instead of wasting his time proceeding with a hearing or trial he wants the parties to "just work it out." Nobody wants to face their abuser in court unless it is absolutely necessary. He cuts off lawyers and witnesses without any cause to do so. He believes children as young as 1 year old should have time with both parents even when one of those parents has been proven to do and sell drugs from their home and across state lines. Also when this parent was caught perjuring themselves on the stand multiple times and continuously violates a domestic violence restraining order. The judge refuses to grant the victim a permanent restraining order or a criminal restraining order even though there are over 100 documented violations of the temporary order. He made the victim stand right next to the abuser while he lectured them both about working together. And when the rules he set in place for the abuser were broken he did nothing at the next court appearance. Told the victim it seemed to be a heated family issue. He should not ever work with families and abuse victims. He is condescending, belittling and puts victims in harms way. I never thought I would say this but he is also completely disrespectful when dealing with the attorneys.
