Judge is very biased for prosecution.
Be prepared to go the distance if she is your judge for matters like motion to suppress. (appeal is how I won my criminal case)

Incredibly sad that this woman is allowed to cast judgement on anyone. Is completely out of control with her disdain towards men. Take the deal. That would be my only advice. Does not matter how strong of a case you have.

Awful judge. Injustice is always served in her courtroom. Does not have any mastery Of the case she is handling. She does not read notes, letters. She go by hearsay and awful temperament.

God help you if you end up in front of Judge Bershon on any matter involving crimes against women. My client was accused of violating a restraining order. The plaintiff, a female, had no proof of any of the accusations. None of which were violent. All of which had to do with being in a similar area at the same time. At the end of the day, with no proof from the plaintiff and with a solid defense Judge Bershon gave the maximum sentence possible to my client. Again, hearsay only. No proof at all. This woman is a man hater. All council that may cross paths with her, beware.

Nicole Bershon is not fair. She listened to the facts and read a transcript from a previous case that was used to support the current matter and yet, she ruled in favor of an attorney who was abusing his position and who had no right to bring the personal lawsuit against me. Nicole did whatever she wanted to do based on her mood that day.
