Judge Brewster Bereola has repeatedly demonstrated that she does not understand the law at issue in a given case. Just as problematic is the fact that she rarely has the "courage" to issue a ruling that will dispose of a case. She consistently allows counsel to lead her by the nose and intimidate her into rulings that are breathtakingly incorrect -- often favoring plaintiffs in civil litigation. Clearly leans "anti-corporate." Nice person, but one of the all time worst judges I have ever watched and/or appeared in front of.
