Like the American judiciary trend she also thinks she is some high priest sitting on the bench and the words coming out of her mouth is the Law.
Even you provide them all the evidence and exhibits she rejected all of them and just focus only the sneak peek into vandalism charges that the defendant had committed not seeking anything else letting him go he, so that he will create more nuisance within the society and the criminal backgrounds should also be taken into consideration was not considered.

Judges like them are the reason Los Angeles is a lawless and homeless capital city of the world. Because of the liberal laws of the state of California and the liberal judges like her and there judgements.

Judge Nguyen may not have followed protocols to be a judge.

In one 2014 message, a deputy attorney general, Kim Nguyen, informed Layton she was working on her application and would “send you and Mr. Girardi an updated version shortly.”

“We are already on board,” Layton replied. Nguyen was elected to L.A. Superior Court in 2016. She did not respond to a message seeking comment.
