Never reads declarations. Refuses to review exhibits. made many unfair judgments against mothers in custody cases in Family court. poor excuse for a judge. Deserves to be fired.

I would rate this judge with zero. He was the presiding judge in Family court between 2018 and 2021 January. Worst judge. Never read briefs or viewed exhibits. Allowed long cause hearings for unneeded matters. Increased cost for litigants and helped lawyers make money. He never examined evidence-just ruled based on what side of the bed he got out of or based on the female attorneys that flattered him. He does not believe that early head start of education is important for children. He did a huge injustice to many children in custody cases. Glad he is out of family court. Just in case you are reading this, Baldy, remember the case in which you never read any of the lodgments in the TK hearing of my granddaughter and blatantly asked our attorney, "Are you asking me to read the declaration? Are you asking me to see exhibits/" and refused to see them and ruled based on your flirtatious behavior with the female attorney representing the father. Good- he is in probate court--where he will have to READ the paperwork. Hope corona wipes this incompetent and unethical vermin of a person out of the universe.
