Disastrous , biased , superficial and totally unfair . I also had the feeling that he is against women and against the basic constitutional right to have a Fair trial which I was denied while becoming a subject to his intimidating tactics and forced to accept a “settlement.”Which was totally against my interests. My house insurance lawyer which was a total incompetent was not saying a word Practical This judge was acting in a total “ bad faith “ as he likes to say and against women . He is a shame and totally parallel with the idea of justice . He should be fired ASAP before More damages and Negative impacting the life of innocents

Very angry guy. Scolded me for trying to tell him that the lawyer calling in to CMC was already dismissed. Forced me to get counsel as I knew his rage was real. The sanctioned off of a motion that had been taken off calendar in 2017. Even funnier that motion sought $160 an hour work that had nothing to do with the motion in front of him and gave them $275 an hour. Time to recall.

i came into JD with the typical aversion to losing the dys pay. Mr. Bacigalupo ran the Jury selection in an easy, yet professional manner. I was evicted after the second round of jury selection, but I was actually dissapointed. This judge presented the process as critical as it is to our society, yet made it manageable for non-legal people fully understand the process.I feel Mr. Bacigalupo was a consummate professional in his field. I would feel better about the next round of JD if it is in Mr. Bacigalupo's court, the time would not be wasted.

This Judge likes to make faces at defense witnesses, he rolls his eyes at defense witnesses, he makes hand gestures at defense witnesses. He once called the judge in my family law case and began discussing my family law case in the presence of the DDA.

Judge Bacigalupo is a former State Bar Court Judge. To his credit he left that position soon after being appointed after winning election to his Superior Court seat. The Judge is smart, practical and realistic. He is also compassionate and cares about litigants being treated fairly as possible.
Judge Bacigalupo is a pleasant Judge to everyone and is polite to Attorneys knowing that they have a lot of pressure on them and doesn't want to add to that pressure. He understands and remembers how it was to be on the other side of the bench pleading a case.
We need more judges as fair and even tempered as Judge BAcigalupo.
