Judge Patricia Bacca Bennet exemplified extreme bias, disregard for Texas Statutes, and the constitution.

1: took judicial notice of an irrevocable mediated settlement and then blatantly disregarded it.

2: argued with my attorney in favor of my ex husband and continuously stated opinion on his behalf instead of acting as is her duty in a court of law.

3: fraud upon the courts. On facts, findings, and conclusion of law document [redacted] a protection afforded by the mediated settlement. In addition she stated my ex and I had an agreement which was 100% a falsehood and there was zero evidence other than the father's word. This is after she corrected him for stating things in regards to the MS agreement that were untrue.

4: Fully engaged in assisting the sex trafficking of children through force, fraud, and coercion as outlined in 18. U.S. Code 1591
