Judge Kimberley Baker Guillemet is a horrible judge. She looked about reading my pleadings so she didn't even know she was ruling on a habeas corpus petition. She kept calling it a Section 1385 motion to dismiss. Then she engaged in a campaign to stifle my attempts to call attention to what she'd done. Horrible person horrible judge.

My Two cents on him-
1. In my option a biased Judge, the problem with Judge Schwartz is he formulate an opinion about the defendants based on the charges framed by the District Attorney and then his mind brain fogged and he won't listen to, no matter the critical evidence you present, Judges like him is the reason so many cases goes to appeal and all the way to Supreme Court and wastage of tax payers money.
2. He doesn’t gave defendants and the explaining party the chance to speak and try to stop everybody on the lips shows the moral values this Judicial official had, if he contesting in next elections the residents of the county of Los Angeles should relieve him from his Judicial post.
3. There should be a law where there is a mental Health Evaluation to be done on these type of Judicial Officers, as no one is above law and to withhold the office sanctity they need to act unbiased.
4. Rating him highly unsuccessful Judge and should not hold this office.
5. Not more than 3 mins he gave it to one case and move on and yell all the time and crack jokes with Public Defenders and District Attorneys and look with awfulness the Private Lawyers/practitioners.
6. A short tempered, Egoistic Judge
7. I wish him to retire early with Prejudice and save the people of the county of Los Angeles from his biased judgement and wasting tax payers money. If he is the Imperial ruler he will send all the residents of the county to Jail.
8. First impression about him is angry old man if someone meet him first time
9. As he sits in Dept 30 of the Airport courthouse where all the cases from nice fancy towns and cities of Los Angeles County sits such as Beverly Hills, Culver city etc. he thinks himself as a Hollywood star as he handles the high profile cases but in reality he is a Judge out of thousands of 1500 plus Judges in the county of Los Angeles.

*Note- All the comments are opinion about him and does not hurt anyone feelings or sentiments this is a one spectator point of view on him and his Psychological assessment on him.

A judge is a person who presides over the courthouse while listening arguments from both sides of the aisle and then gave Judgement based on facts and Evidences not by formulating an opinion about something and then hover around that notion in the mind.

Examples of other Judges within the county of Los Angeles that he needs lessons in his Judicial life- I would say the good Judges-

Judge Keith Schwartz gave a repeat dangerous offender bail while the offender was on bail for other crimes. Schwartz made an assumption about the victim that was not only untrue but was defamatory with devastating consequences. Instead of actually viewing evidence a video that showed the start of the altercation, Schwartz performed for the TMZ cameras. He gave Marion Suge Knight bail for robbing a photographer. A few months later, Knight ran over two people, one died that man was Mr. Terry Carter. Schwartz doesn't not belong on a bench. His inaction and ego allowed Suge Knight the ability to murder.

Absolutely absurd, absurd! This man insulted me all three times that he decided to open his mouth.he called names like convict and dangerous criminal. Meanwhile I was out on my OR and have no record.
Had not read my case summary. He is a fraud to call himself a judge.

ALTRUISTIC-FAIR-LEVEL HEADED- FUNNY, HUMBLE- WISE. TEACHER - INDISPENSABLE- HE IS THE JUDGE EVERY COURT ROOM WOULD BE PRIVILEGED TO HAVE.

This Judge was Altruistic, wise and had a great since of humor. He treated others with respect and taught invaluable lessons in his court room. It was an honor and a pleasure to be amongst such a bright, gifted, well seated Judge (for a welcomed change). Whatever my verdict, I knew I was amongst a well tenured Judge whom had justifiably earned his title as "an honor" "your honor" in the event one should be so honored as to sit amongst him. Vaunted because he deserves it. Grateful-Justice Served. Thank you. God continue to bless him and those he judges fairly.

This is the weirdest court I have come across, and I have been in front of this judge several times. He is unpleasant, strange, and runs this court procedureally(along with the DA's) in an odd manner and with little patience. It is as if you are being "hometowned" even if you practice routinely in the courthouse and the county.

Judge Schwartz is a very odd man. He literally yells at defendants from the bench. He really is not fit for the bench. The results are sometimes reasonable but the process is beneath the dignity of the judiciary. An intemperate buffoon on most days -- very quick to reach a decision and then most inflexible.
